Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP QM module to meet business requirements.
Analyze business processes related to quality planning, inspection, notifications, certificates, and audits .
Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, PM, and SD modules .
Configure and manage quality inspection types, lot processing, and usage decisions .
Handle QM in procurement, production, and sales scenarios.
Develop and maintain quality notifications (defects, complaints, corrective actions).
Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of SAP S/4 QM experience
Aerospace & Defense industry experience required
Highly desired experience in SAP MRO
Hands-on experience with QM processes : inspection lot processing, quality notifications, results recording, usage decision, calibration, certificates, etc.
Strong understanding of QM master data (MICs, inspection plans, sampling).
Experience in integration with MM, PP, SD, PM .
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
