Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Location (city, state): Rosemont, IL (Hybrid with local travel)

Industry: Industrial Real Estate

Pay: $70,000 annually

Job Description:

The Assistant Property Manager will support daily operations of a property portfolio, combining administrative work with on-site visits. This role is ideal for someone with property coordination experience who wants to step into client-facing property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and oversee vendor services.
  • Support tenant relations, move-ins/outs, and issue resolution.
  • Process invoices and assist with reporting and budgets.
  • Manage lease details, utilities, and compliance records.
  • Collaborate with managers on projects, contracts, and tenant events.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in property administration or management.
  • Commercial or industrial real estate background required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; property software a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally (mileage reimbursed).

  • Hybrid schedule with ~50% local travel.

  • Standard 8-hour workday, flexible start between 7:30–8:30 AM.
