We are seeking a skilled Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience handling complex M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, managing deal processes, and leading client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A matters and mentor junior associates in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate M&A agreements, including definitive and ancillary documents.
• Manage the deal process, client relationships, and daily workflow.
• Supervise junior associates and guide them on complex M&A matters.
• Handle a variety of sophisticated M&A transactions for clients.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and managing M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
