Job Title: eCommerce Logistics Coordinator
Duration: 3+ Months (with possible extension)
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Rate: $30.00/hr
Perform activities related to collecting and submitting parcel shipment Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
Process and submit address reroutes to ensure guest escalations are resolved promptly.
Collaborate closely with Guest Services to investigate and resolve delivery-related issues.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of logistics activities.
Support logistics process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain environment (preferred).
Working knowledge of SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred; must be comfortable learning new software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Previous experience managing vendors/carriers preferred.
Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices is a plus.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
