As an Event Supervisor, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation by ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property. We are seeking reliable individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • Efficiently direct and guide vehicles to designated parking areas, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
  • Collect parking fees and issue appropriate tickets or receipts to event attendees.
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with parking-related inquiries and directing them to available parking spaces.
  • Monitor parking areas to enforce parking regulations and prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking spaces.
  • Communicate and collaborate with event staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and organized parking environment.
  • Assist with managing traffic congestion during peak periods and coordinate with local law enforcement, if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and complete required paperwork or reports as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary depending on local regulations).
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred).
  • Previous experience in parking management, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with event attendees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
