We are currently seeking Full-Time Landscape Maintenance Technicians at our Madison, WI location. This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance
• Willingness to learn and improve processes
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid WI driver's license with responsible driving record

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns through mowing and trimming
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees
• Apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed
• Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups
• Remove snow and ice (for hourly snow bonus)
