Work Location & Schedule: This is an exempt, office based opportunity with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week depending on business needs.
Travel to FM office locations across the U.S. and internationally may be required occasionally, depending on business needs.

Flexibility to sit in either of our offices located in Johnston, RI preferred or Norwood, MA with required travel to Johnston, RI as needed dependent on business needs.

Responsibilities
At FM, we are seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join our legal team.
The Legal Operations Manager will lead and improve the operational and strategic functions of Law & Governmental Affairs. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this individual will have the opportunity to directly influence and impact the future design of the processes and procedures of the legal team and drive and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal service delivery. This role is responsible for implementing and managing legal technology, vendor relationships, analytics, knowledge management, and contributing to a departmental career development framework, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and experience in legal operations within a corporate environment. This role requires the skills to lead projects and change initiatives and develop positive relationships with internal team members across Law & Governmental Affairs and other departments.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, or related roles.
Experience in influencing and implementing change management required

Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
The hiring range for this position is $134,080 to $192,700. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
