Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and clean production equipment including weighing scales, hand-filling machines, Integrated Fill Lines (IFL), and bagging equipment (SpeeDee & All-Fills).
• Monitor equipment parameters such as temperature, humidity, and RPMs.
• Set up and disassemble machinery for production and cleaning purposes.
• Move materials from storage or staging areas to workstations using manual and motorized pallet jacks/walkies.
• Package final products into containers as per approved SMPs and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ensure final product weights meet tolerance specifications (IMW A163).
• Use independent judgment for planning, troubleshooting, and decision-making related to setup and operations.
• Maintain neat, accurate production records including operation/cleaning logs, batch histories, label reconciliation, and work orders.
• Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
• Perform additional duties as required by DCM operations.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments.
• Experience operating filling and packaging machinery.
• Forklift experience is highly beneficial.

Skills & Certifications

• Proficiency in setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of packaging machinery.
• Ability to monitor and respond to equipment indicators and process parameters.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with GDP.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production setting.
• Physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting and standing for prolonged periods.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
