Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to support nutrition services at Deaconess Health System in Newburgh, IN, Evansville, IN, and Henderson, KY .

We're seeking a candidate with a strong passion for cultivating relationships with patients and provide great customer service within the food service department. This candidate should be capable of multitasking projects and a problem solver. A background in specialized diets or call center experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Have a work history demonstrating strong client engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• Round with patients, collecting detailed data regarding their experience with a goal of improvement and patient centered solutions
• Serves as the liaison between support services, nursing, and other patient care leaders to enhance patient food service outcomes
• Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• Work on projects as assigned by department

• Proficient in computer skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year experience in Service Recovery role at large hospitality or hospital environment
