Pediatrician

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $170,000 to $198,000, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Flexible schedule :
  • choose between 8-hour, 9-hour (with every other Monday or Friday off), or 10-hour days (with one fixed day off weekly)
• Limited On Call- Only 2-3 Weeks Each Year
• Supportive, team-based clinical environment with a strong focus on work-life balance
• Provide comprehensive pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents
• Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated treatment
• Provides professional oversight for any advanced practice nurses assigned at clinical location of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement activities and participate in utilization and risk management

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Florida License and DEA License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
