b Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

MUST be willing to travel to the Seguin branch 1-2x/week as needed. 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support our growing team with a focus on high-volume hourly recruitment. This role will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates primarily for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring prior recruitment experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in our HRIS (Paylocity).
• Conduct regular visits (approximately one day per week) to our Seguin, TX location to support on-site recruitment efforts and hiring events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support other HR functions and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruitment experience required, with a strong focus on high-volume hourly roles.
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems; experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel to our Seguin, TX facility approximately once per week.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
