Department: Education Management
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Project Management

Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles
Remove impediments to team progress and ensure project timelines are met
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality solutions
Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues
Qualifications:
~ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
~2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably in the Education Management industry
~ Demonstrated knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
~ Excellent communication and leadership skills
~ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
