Position Description

You will serve as a Integrated Program Team Lead (IPTL)/International Lead in the SYSCOM SECURITY COOPERATION DEPT of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will analyze needs and requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.
• You will identify program office and competency area support needed to meet assigned program requirements and establish sub-tier Integrated Program teams and Team Leaders.
• You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost schedule, and performance objectives.
• You will assure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program team effort and that of any other participating services and agencies when necessary.
• You will make the general business and technical management decisions for successful execution of the program.
• You will apply the tools and techniques of process identification and continuous process improvement in addressing program management problems and issues.
• You will serve as the central contact point within the program office for all matters concerning the program and establish and maintain relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups
