Job Description

We are looking for a skilled TIG welder to join a metal casing manufacturer right here in the Watertown area! Candidates should expect to work in a very hot production environment. This position is a DIRECT HIRE, meaning you will be employed with the company from day ONE.

Pay: $23-$34/hr based on skill (plus $0.50 shift differential)
Schedule: 3 rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 9pm-5am

In person interview, w eld test, and drug screen will be conducted before hire.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and perform manual welding to repair castings.
• Follow internal and customer specifications throughout the weld process.
• Preheat, clamping, grinding, blending, and visual inspection of welds.
• Follow drawing and sketches.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years’ TIG welding and manufacturing experience
• Must pass weld test.
