We are seeking a skilled Remote Scrum Master to facilitate our Agile teams, ensuring they adhere to Scrum principles and practices. The ideal candidate will empower teams to reach their full potential, enhance transparency, and promote effective communication. As a Scrum Master at AMG & Associates, you will play a crucial role in supporting project delivery and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
2- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
3- Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
4- Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication among team members.
5- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
6- Help teams improve their processes and performance through continuous feedback and metrics.
7- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
8- Support the overall growth of Agile practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
1- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
2- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
3- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
4- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
5- Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
6- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
7- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
8- Experience working in a remote team environment is preferred.
